Our goal is to improve the quality of life for all horses and thereby improve the lives of people through their human bond with horses. We get horses from many states, not just Georgia. We are committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of horse and equine suffering from abuse and to the successful retirement of working horses and equine. We also aim to improve the public awareness and knowledge of the standards of care necessary to keep equines healthy and safe. All America's horses slaughtered in the USA are slaughtered for human consumption and sold overseas as meat for humans.
America's Mustangs have been protected from slaughter for 34 years but in 2005, a new law says they can be slaughtered. We need your help to make the changes necessary to STOP horse slaughter and make owners responisble for their animals. Laws need to be enforced and your voice in needed for these voiceless animals.
