Good Dog! offers in-home pet dog training in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb counties. Your home is the best place to train your dog. Your dog is more comfortable and the whole family can be involved in training. It allows you to address behavior problems in the setting in which they occur.
We offer personal service and custom training programs including obedience training and behavior modification for ALL pet dogs. Big or small, young or old, all breeds, all backgrounds, and all temperaments - they all can be Good Dogs!
Owners learn how to communicate effectively with their dogs. They find out how dogs learn and how to gain a dog's respect as a leader. Owners teach their dogs good manners and learn how to enforce household rules. Owners use a clicker to teach new behaviors. They learn that dogs can be trained quicker and better with humane, positive methods.
Dogs learn how to get along with people and other animals. They learn to chew only on appropriate items, bark only when it is appropriate, and obey simple commands (sit, stay, come, stand, down, wait). They greet people calmly and are reliably housetrained. They play fun games and learn new tricks.
